Usually, I’ll be on ‘search for food’ mission on every weekends. And since I’ll be eating the usual stuff on weekdays, I practically left very little option to choose from.

The Daily Grind

Therefore, on one particular Sunday evening, I drove my way to Bangsar Village 1 (BV1) to tryout The Daily Grind. Well, according to them, they take pride of what they do / serve the best; their juicy burgers.

Classic Cheese Burger

Weighing at 180 grams, they are thicker than fast food restaurant (including Ramly) but smaller than the ones offered by Chili’s and TGIF.

Apart from that, they do not believe in pre-cooked patties and hence, they require 15-18 mins for the burgers to be placed in front of you.

American Classic Cheese Super Dog

Besides burgers, they do have chef’s specials too. For example, like the one above; American Classic Cheese Super Dog. Two sausages split into half, topped with melted cheese and their special sauce, they are pretty good too. It’s for those who don’t eat beef or lamb.

Strawberry Milkshake

To wash them all down is their milkshakes. In this case, I’ve tried their Strawberry and Chocolate-Hazelnut milkshake.

Chocolate Hazelnut Milkshake

Vanilla ice cream as their based, no wonder they are smooth, thick and creamy yet not too sweet.

Chili Sauce and Ketchup

Overall, it’s a good place to dine in. Unlike others, this place is cozy yet quiet ambience. And best of all, they have their homemade ketchup and chili sauce. Do give it a try…
