It was 9 years ago when we all first met,
It was when a new chapter of life begun,
It was when everybody met new faces,
And new friendships were formed.
And throughout 1.5 years after we all first met,
We went through various obstacles,
Funny moments were shared,
Bitter moments were shed,
A different understanding were formed,
The good, the bad and what’s not were all laid out.
At the end of the 1.5 years after we all first met,
It was the time when we all bid farewell to each other,
It was the time when we all went separate ways,
Only the good moments we cherished,
Left the bitter ones behind.
Peanut & Lotus
Some took the same course,
While the rest pursued their own interest,
Nevertheless, we all knew what each of were up to,
Or at least a few of us knew.

Now, after 9 years have passed when we all first met,
All begin to build their own career,
Working what they like,
Or at least some are.

Half of them are still here in the country,
While the rest are all over the world stamping their mark,
Looking for better opportunity, better life.
Seafood Tofu In Claypot
But at the end of it all,
Whenever we can,
Regardless how busy schedule of each individual is,
We never fail to meet up with each other,
To catch up and update each other.
Stir-Fry Choy Sum
9 years down the road,
We all met again,
Though the attendance could have been better,
Well, it’s better than no meet up at all.
The highlight of the day was the meet up,
Happy faces and smiles were everywhere,
Jokes were thrown around just like the ol’ times,
Well… more matured than ol’ times.
Roast Meat Combination
Not that the food wasn’t good,
Nor was I not interested to take any food photos,
But if you need to know,
The food was as good as the meet up.
