Not sure how I picked this place, but I do remember that I was pretty hungry and bored and this restaurant / bar seemed all cozy and nice to dine in. Besides, they were probably the only few which open early for dinner.
But having said that, this restaurant is far off from the epicenter of Pantai Cenang hotspots and hence, one needs to drive to get to this place. With all the statues and nature sprouting out of nowhere, it looks like somewhat fusion of modern contemporary with a touch of eastern affair.
Customers get to choose either to dine inside or do it al fresco style. I chose the latter as the evening weather seemed alright with fresh air weaving pleasantly.
Looking at the menu with budget in mind, I opted for something simple yet safest choice. Or so I thought. Steak Sandwich; a piece of overcooked beef with some vegetables sandwiched between a cold slab of baguette.
The meat was chewy rubbery so was the baguette. Don’t even get me started bout the crinkle cut fries.
I guess the only safest choice I made was the can of Coke that I ordered. A safe but stupid choice. I should have order beer instead since I’m a friggin’ tax free island. Bah…
