Truth to be told, I didn’t know about this restaurant until I got a SMS from Elcerdo notifying its customers about it. Related to Werner, La Vaca is located right opposite of Elcerdo restaurant. Unlike the famous pork dishes by Elcerdo, most of the dishes are of beef in this particular restaurant.
And that’s where we went for Christmas eve dinner. For starters…
There weren’t any complaints except for the French Onion Soup. Somehow, it’s different. Least to say, it wasn’t our favourite of the day. On the other hand, the oysters were fresh while the baguette was provided for free.
As for mains…
Well… apologies for not naming them all because I can’t remember all the names. Although this was my first time eating wagyu beef, I was told that it could be done better. Nevertheless, they all were good.
(Clockwise from top : Vanilla, Cheesecake, Pistachio, Apple Sorbet and Passion Fruit Sorbet)
And many thanks to the management for serving us free ice cream samples on that day.
The environment was alright. Quiet and nice but it can get a lil warm due to lack of air-conditioning. The staffs were friendly and helpful. All in all, it was pretty good dining experience, I would say.
So, have you had your steak dosage lately?
